Who runs this site
Chinese Tattoo Expert is Duane's project. He is in Ottawa, Canada. The site does not publish his email address.
What the form asks
The form asks for your name, email, the name or phrase you want checked, and which script you prefer. If you add them, it also asks what you want the tattoo to mean, where it will go, how big it is, and any other note. It asks you to confirm you are 18 or older.
What happens to that information
Submitting the form sends that information by email to Duane through Web3Forms, a third-party form service. Web3Forms receives the form and delivers the message to him. This site does not keep its own copy.
Web3Forms handles that delivery under its own privacy policy. This notice does not set how many days they keep a submission. To ask Duane for a copy of your message, or to ask him to delete it, write from the same email address you put on the form.
Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any host, it may keep technical logs, such as an IP address, to run and protect the service. This site does not add its own tracking on top of that.
What this site does not do
No analytics. No session recordings, including tools such as Microsoft Clarity. No advertising cookies. No sale of personal information. No user accounts. Fonts come from your own device. The site does not load fonts from Google.
The form's only job with your details is to email them to Duane through Web3Forms. There is no promised reply date.
